Who we are
We are from the UK and we made the move to the Costa del Sol ourselves. We went through the NIE, the lawyer, the bank account, the mortgage and the 90-day rule, and we learned how buying here really works. Now we live and work on the coast and we help other people from the UK do the same, whether that is a move for good, a second home or an investment.
How the homes are chosen
We look at a lot of homes and put a few on this site. The ones that make it are good value for their town, sit somewhere worth living, and have photos that show the place honestly. Each gets a page here in plain English with the facts we have been given, the price in euros and a pounds guide, and the costs on top.
How it works with us
If one catches your eye, message us on WhatsApp quoting its reference. We send the full details, answer your questions and arrange a viewing, in person or on a video call if you cannot fly out yet. When you want to go ahead we take your offer to the seller, point you to an independent English-speaking lawyer, and stay on it from the offer to the keys. Afterwards we help with the things a listing never mentions: utilities, the community, a handyman, which doctor speaks English.
What we are not
We are not a portal and we do not list everything. If you want a thousand homes to scroll through, there are sites for that. If you want a shortlist and a straight answer from people who live here, message us.
